Horia
Horia is a district of Capital City. It is a pleasure district for the wealthy. It consists of clubs, manors, and a marina. It has access to the West Lake and the Crystal Lake. Opera district is just west while Vreemane is directly east. It is home to the Noble Imperial Society. This entire district was constructed above water making it an artificial landmass. That of course would be a facade as the surface is actually atop a six story structure that hides away avenues and parking garages.

A club known as ‘Club Cubeo Bogota’ is receiving a lovely decor refresh! I am personally excited to see these changes as I played a show there last week! They’re using the recent investments to fund their weekly theme changes to keep things lively and fresh for the patrons of the Horia district. ‘A Surprise Around Every Corner’ is the name of this week’s theme. I hope to see you there!
A recent investment into the Horia district has been funneled into the structure’s maintenance. If you didn’t know, the entire area is built above water! Such things require everything to be in tip top shape, keeping appearances and stability. The Horia Civil Engineers Society has been the focus of the investment as they’ve made plans to touch up the various supports and substructures of the district.
The Horia Civil Engineers Society has been very busy this week with the maintenance of the district’s structural supports. Work continues as additional funds of investment have been reported. While we’re on the subject of Horia, the Cultural Society encourages patrons of the shopping plaza to stop by and visit the newest addition ‘Reflections’! This state-of-the-art visual art installation has received fantastic reviews from critics so the expectations are high! So take some time today to check them out! |
