Trapeze Island is a district of Capital City. It is a private resort island that provides the galaxy with a sample of the most luxurious life Cubeo has to offer. It sits in the Zespea Sea and features a small starport, a tall hotel tower, and a shallow bay for recreational activities. The surrounding sea is generally calm, fresh water, and teeming with vibrant aquatic life. Transportation to the island is restricted to air and water as there are no subsurface networks to the mainland. This is a high traffic tourist site with superb defenses.

Have you noticed the festive decorations on Trapeze Island yet? If you haven’t take some time to visit and see for yourself! The island’s regent Ana Jägerndorf planned it all meticulously! Midsommar är här! A time of year that’s near and dear to me, during the summer solstice. Upon arriving at the starport you will be greeted with a lush display of floral arrangements and greenery and ancient Swedish midsommar motifs. This theming continues throughout the island in various places, the centerpiece being the hotel. We do hope you enjoy them, and your next stay on Trapeze Island!
We’ve received an investment into Trapeze Island, the budget has been readjusted so that this new money would be allocated to the recent decor changes found through the island. Further funds would be set aside for some new menu updates as the seasonal fish begin their migrations.
As tourism season begins to come into full swing, budget allocations have shifted as recent investments have increased. The allocation this go around is focused on food imports as well as kitchen staff pay raises for the various restaurants we have on the island. We hope that patron’s enjoy the improved additions to the menus during their stay at Trapeze.
The budget planning team has been meeting with the Trapeze Island Regent, Ana Jägerndorf, in investments talks and funds allocation. The recently received investments are planned to go into island security improvements as well as decor touch-ups at the Harbor-Side Cafe at the west end.
Trapeze Island has completed its starport security upgrades! Next on the list is a fresh change in scenery as we welcome a favorite family tradition of mine, Kräftskiva! Fisheries from around the Empire will be arriving in the coming weeks to show off their best catches and dishes with this delightful festival tradition. While normally the festival is oriented around the delectable crayfish, here at Trapeze Island we have decided to open it up to more sorts of seafood, something for everyone! We’ll have booths in the market for arts & crafts, stages for music and dancing, and tents set-up for fishing vendors. So make sure you pick up a silly hat when you arrive and have fun!
With the end of Kräftskiva, Trapeze Island begins the process of renovating the illustrious wharf! I will personally be overseeing this operation to its completion! We expect it to finish by the end of the week. And for a quick sneak peek, Melodifestivalen comes to Trapeze! We look forward to seeing patrons enjoy their time with music, musical contests, food, and merriment!
Just this past week I received a bombastic message from a CMDR that I’ve met previously. Without going into details, we’ve decided to dedicate a week to the lizards of the island. You’ve seen them hanging in the trees, you’ve seen them star bathing on the rocks, and you’ve seen them swimming in miscellaneous places! Well all this week, we will have specific play areas for lizards and our patrons near our various tiki bars. All guests will be required to sign a release form in the event of sickness or injury before engaging with our playfully cute critters. We look forward to seeing you!
Melodifestivalen continues here on Trapeze Island! With the wharf upgrades complete, new investment funds are being funneled into new pathways throughout the island and resort! With expected new visitors, we want everything to look its best! So we welcome everyone to come and enjoy themselves during Melodifestivalen as new food vendors and musical talent arrive to provide the very best for our patrons!
Out with the old and in with the new! Trapeze Island Resort has seen the purchase of a new line of recreational watercraft for the enjoyment of patrons! Gone are the rust buckets of old, replaced by shiny brandy new jet skis and hoverboards! Even new sailboats have been purchased! All thanks to new investment funds that we have recently received. We’ve been wanting to spice things for a while, this just gave us that little push to do it. We hope you enjoy your next stay on Trapeze Island!
Trapeze Island Resort management has begun the acquisition of chefs from around the galaxy, starting with a fan favorite from Zespea! Our new kitchen will be complete with an array of cultured chefs to meet a wide variety of types of foods for guests of all types! Along with new chefs, in a new kitchen, a new dining room is being constructed as we speak! I certainly look forward to seeing its completion in the coming weeks as we make preparations for Kulturnatta and I hope you do as well!
Kulturnatta is coming closer as we speak on Trapeze Island, with the kitchen finished, the chef and staff hired and in the process of training, the only task left to accomplish is the food! A new swath of menu items are being procured with a boost of investment funds! In addition to food, the decor should be arriving in the coming days! I am personally excited to see all of this come to fruition!
Kulturnatta is here on Trapeze Island! One of my most favorite times of year, we celebrate the cultures that make us unique! With decorations set out and complete, we hope you enjoy the new festive look and feel as you visit the island! This also comes as we finish the improvements to our harbor, new docks have been constructed as well as new onnings for each bay. We have also constructed new path lighting for those who come and go from their boats at night! We hope these quality of life improvements help provide a nice experience for patrons of our island!
