Zespea

Zespea is the sister city to Capital City, sharing Zespea lake, it sits along the opposite end. Zespea is a harbor city that plays host to a fantastic nautical scene with it's magnificent harbor. They hold a specacular festival and fireworks show once a Sol calender year to celebrate the culture of the lake.
