Born on an Interdictor in Achenar and raised on Emerald, Senator Crow attended the Capitol Institute of Technology, where his creativity and ruthlessness led to an invite to the prestigious Imperial Engineering Corp (often speculated to be under the weapons division). Appointed as a Senator and representative of the Imperial Engineers, he was thrust into a political flurry beyond imagining.

His senate appearances were limited for some time, and there was public belief (See: Star Moth Conspiracy) that he had become a commissioned Pilots Federation CMDR, and using the subsequent freedom to test various technologies with complete deniability for the Imperial Engineering Corp...

Pragmatism, Creativity, Diverse experiences, and technological genius comprise what he brings in opposition to the practiced tactics of career Politicians. Generally uncomfortable on the senate floor, he is reasonably approachable, if somewhat mysterious in person.
